How To Join

Membership is not guaranteed and is subject to approval by the committee.

1. Register as a User on the web site.

2. Read The HBFG Mission statement – (Membership / HBFG Mission Statement)

3. If you intend to register a vehicle on Historic or classic registration through the club you should be familiar with the TfNSW regulations. (Membership / Section 6 of the Constitution)

• Membership does not automatically guarantee that any vehicle you own will be accepted on the club registration.

• All vehicles registered through the club must comply to the TfNSW Regulations for Historic or classic vehicles.

• Vehicles that do not comply will be rejected.

• All Vehicles must have a pink or blue slip and the vehicle must be presented to the club registrar at the time of registration each year.

4. Down load and complete a Membership Application Form
   

• select menu -Membership / Membership and Vehicle Registration Forms

6. Complete and scan the Membership form and send it to the club email address as shown on the form or mail the form to the club PO Box but this may result in delays as the box is not checked daily.

7. Pay the appropriate subscription from the two options below using one of the three methods indicated at the bottom of the page and shown on the Membership Form.

• If your application is not accepted then your subscription will be refunded

• Renewal Due Date 31^st march each year

• New member joining from 1^st October to 31^st March $25.00

• New member joining from 1^st March to 31^st September $50.00

Pay the Subscription (3 ways)

1. From the membership menu select  Pay a Subscription then select the appropriate option and complete your details using Paypal.

2. or Pay direct into the club Newcastle Permanent account as per the details below and on the membership form

• Please use your name for the reference so that we can track the payer.

3. or Mail the Application form to
